British yachtsmen held for a week freed by Iran

The five British yachtsmen who have been held by Iran for the past week are now sailing towards Dubai after being released early on Wednesday morning.

The Foreign Secretary David Miliband confirmed the crew had left the island of Siri and were heading for international waters.

In a statement, Iran's revolutionary guard said interrogations had revealed that their illegal entry had been a mistake.

Jon Leyne reports.
