Prime Minister has paid tribute to the policeman who died in the floods in Cumbria in the early hours of Friday morning.
Pc Barker, 44, was directing motorists off the bridge in Workington "saving lives" when it caved in as the region was hit by record rainfall, police said.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown described him as a "very heroic, very brave man".
