Officer 'abused Iraqi prisoners'

The only soldier convicted in connection with the death of Iraqi Baha Mousa claims that he witnessed an Army officer abuse other prisoners.

Former army corporal Donald Payne was giving evidence to the inquiry into the death of Baha Mousa who died in 2003.

Lieutenant Craig Rodgers has denied the allegations that he took part in the abuse.

Caroline Hawley reports.
