Bankers' deals could be 'torn up'

The Chancellor, Alistair Darling, has warned bankers their contracts could be torn up if pay deals continue to reward unnecessary risk-taking.

City Minister, Lord Myners told the BBC the action was necessary, "to make the banking system more stable".
