Padre: Soldiers shocked and shaken

Captain Jason Clarke, padre with the Grenadier Guards, said soldiers were "shocked and shaken" by the shooting of five servicemen in Afghanistan's Helmand province.

The dead soldiers had been working and living in a compound at a national police checkpoint in the Nad Ali district for the last two weeks and were apparently killed by a "rogue" Afghan policeman.

Capt Clarke visited the scene of the shooting and said soldiers he spoke to had a determination to carry on their work.
