A "parking summit" is taking place in London, to look at how motorists are treated by parking companies and local authorities.

The president of the AA, Edmund King, will tell the meeting that the time has come for the government to take tough action to regulate clamping and parking fines on private land.

Meanwhile Windsor and Maidenhead council is threatening to issue over zealous clampers with an Asbo.

Luisa Baldini reports.
