Iraq body confirmed as UK hostage

It has been confirmed that a body handed to the British embassy in Baghdad on Wednesday was one of five British men kidnapped in Iraq two years ago.

Alec MacLachlan was working as a security guard in the city when the men were taken.

The remains of two of the other hostages have already been passed to the British authorities in Iraq.
