Two British soldiers repatriated

Sgt Paul McAleese, of the 2nd Battalion The Rifles and Private Johnathon Young, of the 3rd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment, were killed last week in Helmand province.

Their bodies have been flown back from Afghanistan to RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire.

The funeral corteges passed through the town of Wootton Bassett where people lined the streets to pay their respects.

Two hundred and seven British service personnel have been killed in Afghanistan since operations began in 2001.
