A new report from the Commons Transport Select Committee is calling for action to deal with unsafe lorries - with some of the worst offenders being those that come from outside the UK.

In roadside checks almost half of foreign vehicles were found to be either un-roadworthy or in need of work.

MPs say VOSA - the agency which does safety testing on lorries, buses and coaches - should be given extra powers to get dangerous vehicles off the road.

Bob Boreham is an HGV driver. He tells the BBC about his experiences with foreign lorry drivers.
