On board the 'Olympic Javelin'

London 2012 chief Lord Coe says preparations for the Olympics are ahead of schedule with three years to go before the opening ceremony.

The first time trial of the "Olympic Javelin" train, which will ferry spectators from St Pancras to Stratford International Station, has taken place.

The BBC's James Pearce was on board.
