Malloch-Brown clarifies his point

Foreign Office minister Lord Malloch-Brown has rowed back from comments in a newspaper interview that the UK did not have enough helicopters.

Speaking to the BBC he said he had been making two separate points to the Daily Telegraph - one on the situation in Afghanistan, and one on the global helicopter shortage.
