Church considers bishop cuts

The Church of England's ruling body, the General Synod, is debating whether to save money by reducing the number of bishops.

There are currently more than 100 employed by the Church at a cost of £20m a year but bishops say their workload is larger than ever and cutting their numbers would be problematic.

Robert Pigott reports.
