Private clamping 'legally questionable'

Car clamping by private parking companies in England and Wales is legally questionable and could be a breach of human rights, according to motoring group the RAC Foundation.

The government is already planning to tighten the regulations under which private clampers work, but the RAC Foundation is calling for the practice to be banned.
