City festival plans unusual parade

Manchester's third International Festival is aiming to be an 'all inclusive' event, featuring a number of unusual groups in its annual parade.

Hoodies, homeless people, boy racers, football mascots and a Sikh bagpipe band are just some of those expected to participate.
