Chernobyl children's UK visa row

Charities have called for Ukrainian children affected by the Chernobyl nuclear disaster to be given entry to the UK without paying visa fees.

Children from neighbouring Belarus are allowed to visit for nothing and the charities say the £70 could be better spent on helping the children.
