McNicol accused murdered another

The jury in the case of a man accused of killing teenager Dinah McNicol has been told he is a convicted murderer.

Chelmsford Crown court heard that 62 year old Peter Tobin is serving a life sentence for killing 15 year old Vicky Hamilton.

Dinah McNicol went missing in 1991 while on the way back to Tillingham, Essex from a music festival.
