Poorly repaired car - crash tested

Motoring experts are warning that cars poorly repaired following accidents can be significantly more dangerous if they are involved in another crash.

In tests for the Thatcham insurance research centre a badly welded door frame gave way, leaving its occupants at much greater risk of being killed.

Tom Symonds reports.
