Adlington receives royal honour

Olympic double gold medal winner Rebecca Adlington has been awarded an OBE by the Queen at a ceremony at Buckingham Palace.

The sportswoman was just 19 when she became the first British swimmer in 100 years to win two Olympic gold medals at the Beijing Olympics.
