A German computer gamer has been found guilty of murdering a fellow gamer after he became obsessed with his victim's girlfriend. David Heiss, 21, was jailed at Nottingham Crown Court for stabbing Matthew Pyke to death.
The court heard that Heiss had become obsessed by Pyke's girlfriend Joanna Whitton who was also an online game enthusiast.
Matthew's mother Kym and brother Adam reflect on their loss and Det Chief Insp Tony Heydon, of Nottinghamshire Police comments on how Heiss was able to track down his victim.
