Bridge key to Glasgow regeneration?

When it comes to urban regeneration, it is amazing how often building a new bridge can transform an inner city area. From the Millennium bridge in Gateshead, or the wobbly bridge in London, both have become landmarks in less than a decade.

But are bridges really the holy grail of urban regeneration? Tamsyn Kent has been to Glasgow to look at the Clyde Arc.
