Offenders scheme shows success

The Home Office claims around 5,000 repeat offenders are responsible for nine per cent of all crime in the UK.

But they claim a special programme aimed at engaging with offenders through home visits is starting to make a difference.

Mike Cartwright reports from Cambridge where the scheme is in operation.
