Homeless anger over 'hot washing'

The BBC has found a practice known as "hot washing" where cleaners hose down doorways used by the homeless to sleep is being used in central London.

It means many are forced to move on and find accommodation but some homeless campaigners have criticised the move.

Anna Adams reports.
