The Most Reverend Vincent Nichols is taking over the role of the most senior Catholic in England and Wales following his installation as Archbishop of Westminster.

With Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor leaving the post, he is facing the prospect of having to cook for himself for the first time.

Religious Affairs correspondent Robert Pigott took him to meet noted Italian chef Giorgio Locatelli to get a few hints for the kitchen.
