Unruly pupils 'need support'

Schools should band together to provide social workers for unruly pupils and support groups for parents in a effort to stop bad behaviour in the classroom.

The proposals are among a series of measures being put forward by the government's "behaviour tzar" Sir Alan Steer. Keith Doyle reports.
