Man fined over bogus water

A businessman has been fined £6,000 for selling bottled water that he claimed came from Blenheim Palace when it could have come from his Welsh farm or factory.

Ralph Searl's actions were described by the judge as a 'disastrous example of criminal negligence'. Wyre Davies reports.
