The discussion about mixed race has been given new emphasis with the inauguration of Barack Obama as US president.

BBC journalist Leon Mann - himself mixed race - spoke to his parents Terry and Beverley about their experience of bringing up children with a dual heritage and whether Obama's rise to power will change anything.
