Babysitter, Suzanne Holdsworth, who was jailed for life in 2005 for the killing of two year old Kyle Fisher has been cleared of the murder at a retrial.

The jury heard new evidence suggesting the toddler had suffered a prolonged epileptic fit.

Speaking on her behalf outside the court, Suzanne Holdsworth's partner, Lee Spencer, said they now wanted to "pick up the pieces of their lives".
