CCTV of alleged police assault

The Independent Police Complaints Commission is investigating an alleged attack on a soldier by three police officers in Wigan.

In CCTV video obtained by the Sunday Mirror the man - said to be Lance Corporal Mark Aspinall - is shown being wrestled to the ground and punched.
