Thousands of old-style televisions are scrapped every week as households upgrade to flat-screen sets.

But what happens to the TVs we throw away?

Dismantling and recycling TVs is now big business.

Justin Greenaway, manager at Kent-based electronics recycling firm SWEEEP, explains how the process works.
