Critics hit out at sex law plan

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith is due to outline new legislation to criminalise those who pay for sex with someone who has been forced into prostitution.

Cari Mitchell from the English Collective of Prostitutes said the law would only drive the industry underground and make women more vulnerable to violence.
