Campaigner wins pesticide victory

An environmental campaigner has won a landmark ruling forcing the Government to reconsider the risks posed by pesticides.

A High Court judge said Georgina Downs had produced "solid evidence" that residents in rural communities had suffered harm from crop spraying with toxic chemicals.
