'Freak' hailstorm hits Devon

Dozens of people have been evacuated from their homes in Devon, after a 'freak' hail storm caused some of the worst flooding there for 25 years.

Devon and Somerset Fire Service have described the situation as 'absolute chaos.'

Alex Bushill reports from Ottery St Mary - one of the worst hit areas.
