'Failings' caused Hercules deaths

The sister of a serviceman killed in a Hercules air crash has said "systemic failings that exist in the Ministry of Defence have caused the deaths of 10 servicemen".

Sarah Chapman, the sister of Sgt Bob O'Connor, spoke at a news conference.
