A High Court judge has ruled that an investigation into the killing of a barrister shot dead by police was lawful.
The claim was brought by the family of Mark Saunders, who were concerned about the practice of officers discussing their notes before making statements.
Paul Davis, of the police federation, told reporters after the court hearing that the practice was 'conferring not colluding'.
