An inquest into the deaths of 10 men whose plane blew up in Iraq, has been shown footage of how the crash may have been prevented.

The Wiltshire inquest heard that the RAF Hercules C-103k plane was not fitted with explosion-suppressant foam.

This US Airforce demonstration video shows what happens when an unprotected fuel tank and another filled with explosion suppressant foam are hit by 30mm incendiary rounds.
