Scarlett Keeling was raped and murdered in Goa

The mother of murdered teenager Scarlett Keeling has been summoned by police in Goa to give evidence after saying she knew the killer's identity.
It comes after Fiona MacKeown told the Guardian a "powerful person with money" was involved in the case, adding that she had been told the man's name.
Police in Goa, India, said Ms MacKeown would be called to testify under oath.
Scarlett, 15, was raped and found murdered on Anjuna beach, Goa, during a family holiday in February.
Police superintendent Bosco George told reporters: "Fiona has made a statement that she knows the identity of Scarlett's killer. Hence, we have summoned her to depose before investigating agencies."
He said the summons would be sent to Ms MacKeown's address in Devon after her lawyer refused to accept it on the grounds that his client had left India over the weekend.
'Powerful person'
The case has been transferred to the CBI - India's federal investigation bureau, who plan to interview her under oath.
Earlier this week, Ms MacKeown told the Guardian: "I was approached by many people who told me this man's name. It is common knowledge out there it seems. He is a powerful person with money."
Police said she failed to disclose this information to the police when she was in the country and had an opportunity talk to them voluntarily."
The girl's mother left Goa on Sunday after failing to retrieve multiple organs removed from her daughter's body during an autopsy.
Ms MacKeown has refused to bury her daughter's body without the missing organs.
She has previously accused Indian authorities of covering up the murder after police initially dismissed her death as drowning.
