A 23-year-old man charged in connection with the failed 21 July 2005 bombings in London has appeared in court.
Lukimon Sulaimon, of Hove, East Sussex, who was arrested in Brighton, is charged under the Terrorism Act 2000.
Mr Sulaimon is accused of failing to disclose information which might help in bringing a terrorist to justice.
He was remanded in custody by Westminster Magistrates on Thursday and will next appear by video link at the same court next Thursday.
Four men were jailed for life over the bomb plot last month.
Muktar Ibrahim, 29, Yassin Omar, 26, Ramzi Mohammed, 25, and Hussain Osman, 28, were found guilty of plotting to detonate explosives on three Tube trains and a bus in London.
Garage worker Mr Sulaimon will appear again at Westminster Magistrates' Court by video link next Thursday.
He was arrested in Brighton by Scotland Yard counter-terrorism officers supported by Sussex Police.
Two searches took place at addresses in the Brighton and Hove areas in connection with his arrest.
