Caprice faces drink-drive charge

The model Caprice has been charged with drink-driving after being arrested in central London, police have confirmed.

Scotland Yard said the 33-year-old had been stopped by officers on routine patrol in Tottenham Court Road at 0400 GMT on 10 December.

Caprice will appear before Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court in London on Friday, 16 December, under her full name, Caprice Bourret.

The supermodel is also known for her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother.

A police spokesman said: "At 4am on December 10 officers on routine patrol stopped a vehicle on Tottenham Court Road. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol."

He said she was subsequently charged under her full name shortly after 0600 GMT.
