Office mistake may void marriages
Around 80 couples who thought they were married may not be - after a register office forgot to renew its licence.

East London council Havering confirmed the licence for their office in Hornchurch did not get renewed between October last year and March.

Those who married during the period the office was unlicensed may have to go through a second ceremony to make their unions legal.

It is thought to be the first time the mistake has been made in the UK.
