A series of events across the UK on October 21-23 is due to be unveiled, marking the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar.
Trafalgar celebrations earlier this year featured a fireworks display
Bruno Peek, chairman of the Trafalgar Weekend, will outline the plans on board the Master Mariners' Company's vessel HQS Wellington in London.
It follows a number of events to commemorate the anniversary this year.
The British under Lord Nelson won a decisive naval battle against the French and Spanish in the battle.
In June thousands of spectators watched a Battle of Trafalgar re-enactment off Portsmouth.
They were also treated to a series of sail-pasts and air displays by the Red Arrows and vintage aircraft.
