Asda sells £19 Camilla ring copy
Mrs Parker Bowles shows off her engagement ring
A replica of the ring given by Prince Charles will sell for £19
A cut-price replica of Camilla Parker Bowles's priceless engagement ring is to go on sale at supermarket Asda.

The £19 limited-edition copy goes on sale on 8 April - the day Prince Charles is due to marry Mrs Parker Bowles in a civil ceremony.

A made-to-order £30,000 version, using platinum and three-carat diamonds, will also be available at Asda.

The cheaper version will boast a "cubic zirconia" fake diamond and will be made from sterling silver.

The exclusive Camilla-inspired ring will give all budding Prince Charmings the chance to impress their princess this spring and still have change left over for the weekly shop

Mrs Parker Bowles's ring was once owned by the Queen Mother. It is made of platinum and has a square central diamond with three diamond baguettes on either side.

Jewellery experts say it is hard to price the ring because of the royal connections.

Asda's jewellery buyer, Justine Reid, said: "Camilla's ring is a timeless classic and we want out customers to have a taste of royalty.
