Dame Kiri was on a shooting holiday at the time

Opera star Dame Kiri Te Kanawa left hotel staff stunned after asking them to store several shotguns.
The unusual request came when the New Zealand diva stopped off in Glasgow on a shooting holiday and needed somewhere to keep the weapons overnight.
Unable to help, she was taken to a nearby police station where she left the guns.
A police spokesman said: "Dame Kiri surrendered her firearms as the hotel did not have anywhere secure."
"She was on a shooting holiday and all her documents were in order.
"There was no security alert."
After leaving the weapons on Tuesday night, she picked them up the next day.
