Jury discharged in terror charge case
The two Algerians arrive at court
The two men deny the charges
The jury in the case of two men accused of plotting to raise money for terrorism has been discharged for legal reasons.

Brahim Benmerzouga, 31, and Baghdad Meziane, 38, of Leicester, deny "entering into a funding arrangement for the purpose of terrorism" under the Terrorism Act.

Mr Justice Curtis, sitting at Leicester Crown Court, said the jury had to be discharged for legal reasons, but he was reluctant to do so.

Mr Meziane also denies one charge of conspiracy to defraud by various means, including manufacturing and or using fake bank cards and card details.

A new jury is expected to be sworn in on Monday.

The trial is due to last eight weeks.
