Gary Arthur Allen, of Coltman Street, Hull, appeared before Driffield magistrates charged with murdering 29-year-old Samantha Class last October

Her battered body was found washed up on the shore of the River Humber estuary.

At the time, detectives said the mother-of-three had been beaten and strangled.

The death of Miss Class was followed by the deaths of two other Hull prostitutes.
