Free public wi-fi scheme for town

A major Wiltshire town is to become the first in the UK to offer free public wireless internet access to its entire population, it was claimed.

Swindon Borough Council has teamed up with private company, Digital City UK, to provide the wi-fi in a £1m project.

Reporter Isobel Webster spoke to Swindon Borough Council leader Rod Bluh and local residents to see what they thought.
