Microsoft boss answers viewers

Microsoft's annual results for the past year are expected to show a decline, despite the small rise in PC sales which will have helped revenues from Office and Windows.

But the software giant is hoping the launch of Windows 7 will override all other news - and help it repair some of the damage caused by the Vista backlash.

Microsoft chief executive Steve Ballmer met Michelle Fleury to answer questions from BBC viewers.
