Digital Britain plan to beat online theft

The culture secretary has unveiled measures to tackle online piracy in the long-awaited Digital Britain report, which lays out government strategy for broadband and digital content.

In his speech to the House of Commons, Ben Bradshaw said there would be legislation to curb unlawful "peer-to-peer file-sharing."
