How to guard against cyber crime

Businesses are increasingly under threat from cyber criminals but it is not just hacking that is a real problem.

Some criminals use social engineering skills to trick their way into office or obtain usernames and passwords to company networks.

Colin Greenlees, a consultant of Siemens, gives his tips on how companies can stop criminals in their tracks.
