Visual images to 'see sound'

Children with hearing difficulties have been trying out the Lumisonic system - software has been designed which enables the deaf to see visual images representing sound.

Mick Grierson of Goldsmiths, University of London, developed the package with the backing of the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the Sonic Arts Network.
