War and famine in the Horn - What should the world do now?
![]() Ethiopia and Eritrea are fighting again, over tiny pockets of land in the disputed border between their two countries.

It has certainly done little to help the image of countries that were once hailed as being at the forefront of an "African renaissance".
The UN is talking of imposing sanctions on both countries unless they stop fighting immediately. What more do you think could be done? Who is to blame for the return to war? What can be done to prevent food aid falling into the hands of the military?
